BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

If you received a confirmation email after cancelling your membership, you shouldn't see any additional charges. You will still have access to your membership for the remainder of the subscription term that was paid for. If you do receive a bill afterwards, contact customer service and we'll look into the mistake.
